MISSION STATEMENT
Operation Embrace Me (oEme) is a social movement built on the pillars of awareness, acceptance, and
inclusion.
The organization focuses on targeting the millennial and generation Z demographics, hoping we can encourage them to take careful stock of their lives and ultimately make healthier choices as they mature. Mental health & wellness care is foundational for life and should be thought of in the same manner as routine preventative care. We advocate for deep introspection and addressing any potential traumas, when necessary, by seeking guidance and help from licensed mental health professionals –giving an entire generation a chance at leading healthier and more fulfilling lives. Operation Embrace Me organizer and founder, L. Joi Collins, hopes to provide a safe space for open-minded conversations by utilizing the examples of her own path and assure others that addressing mental health sooner will guarantee a life lived more confidently and healthily. You can connect with Operation Embrace Me via the podcast, Long Winded Life Lessons, and other philanthropic efforts.
“Our task must be to free ourselves by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and its beauty.”
